Eleven weeks with our sweet little boy. Abel is doing amazing!
He is talking allll the time, he absolutely loves getting his clothes and nappy changed, and he has LAUGHED twice! Abel loves to smile and talk and he’s easily entertained by his play mat. He’s getting strong and holds himself up great during tummy time. Jared and I are the luckiest parents ever. Abel is an amazing baby. He has amazing nights, as of late! He will sleep twelve hours with only one wake-up.
Abel has found his thumb now. How absolutely stinking cute is a tiny little baby sucking his thumb?! He can also fall asleep by. him. self. Honestly I am amazed. I used to have to rock him anywhere from thirty minutes to an hour and a half, to get him to sleep. The last few days, I have put him down awake and he’s put himself to sleep a couple of times.
Like I said. We are incredibly blessed to have such a happy and easy baby.
I haven’t posted an update for a few weeks so I have to share his photos from last week as well! Ain’t he just the cutest?!
We started using cloth diapers (This one is by AlvaBaby!) and it’s not as terrifying as I had imagined. Ummm look at that chubby little cuteness! I’m really looking forward to the warmer weather so I can put Abel is short sleeves and shorts, or even just a diaper, and see his adorable arms and legs and little chubbiness.
I can’t get enough of him! Being a parent is amazing. It was a huge adjustment the first few weeks but now it’s everything I dreamed of and more. I am so in love with Abel.
